Information about the Polastorm Aluminum Propellers
POLASTORM is the first company to apply APC casting technology for aluminium screws .
APC casting is known as Aerospace Precision Casting and enables the production of aerospace-grade products with extremely high density and physical strength.
APC casting is developed based on low-pressure casting technology, with additional casting pressure and a precise computer-controlled system.
Our R&D team has developed the special casting alloy TITANIUM-ALU HYBRID. This material is a combination of A356 with a strontium-magnesium-titanium alloy, processed using solution heat treatment and aging.
The Polaris aluminum propeller performs superior to both die-casting and injection molding.

Our robotic powder coating line uses AkzoNobel's patented corrosion-resistant powder coating that is environmentally friendly.
